A Plus Learning Center was established and is managed exclusively by a group of highly qualified teaching professionals from Bay Area colleges and educational institutions. After opening in 1996, we have delivered positive results to individuals of various ages and cultures, making lasting community impact with our instructional and consultation skills, our efforts to ensure learning enhancement, our reinforcement strategies, and our professionalism. We have taught students from more than fifty different public and private K-12 schools and adults from many different companies, organizations, and other institutions. We are neither a huge franchise, limited to one costly but rigid curriculum, nor a micro home tutoring business, incapable of incorporating various instructional approaches for comprehensive tasks. We are an incorporated institution that is big enough to provide education and training for individuals and organizations, yet small enough to give personal attention to each one of our participants.
